I think it might be interesting to add a "The Player" page, or something similar.
This page focused perhaps, more around the person playing than the alias they play.
I know this is always a really interesting aspect to guilds especially, you log into vent and hear somones accent... and if not then, the question is asked later "Where are you from?"
so... information this page might have...

First game played
How they got into gaming
location
gender
name
age/b-day
perhaps a blog here?
links to alias'
likes/dislikes
job/industry expirience
perhaps more to the tune of a myspace kind of page... being about the person... and of course, with privacy options. Some people dont want anyone to know that stuff, some people want their guild to know, their friends, etc etc... so those options would be offered too, for privacy
anyways, thats my thought for now =)
