How do I limit ranks for forums

I am missing something here, I know..but I want to limit an Officers area to myself and the officers. In the Guild Admin selections, I choose forum and in the box it allows me to check next to "Enable Access by Rank" and then lists all the ranks I made below. I can't delete the other ranks from the list. Please tell me how do I do this so I only have remaining the ranks I want to access this forum.

I might be misunderstanding -- if so let me know . The list in the box will indeed show all ranks, but then you may hold CTRL and click specific ranks to highlight them or deselect them. Once you click Save Forum Changes, only the ranks that are highlighted are the ranks permitted to view that forum. Let me know if that doesn't help. Thanks!
