Well I've been thinking about this for quite a while. I had originally had my clan set up on just a forum board. I like this site better but there's several features that aren't available that I had before. Most of these are feature for Admins and Moderators to use. If there's a way to do any of the following then please tell me how.
1. Temporary Blacklist/Ban- There's always the chance that someone can break one of the rules in a zuild. As of now the only thing that I know of to punish rule breakers is to remove them from the zuild. but what happens to the members of a zuild who break one of the more minor offenses? A ban would be more suited to the occasion. You could block their access to different guild functions such as chat, forums and other content related pages and widgets for X amount of time the punishment is more suitable to the offense.
2. Moderator queue- What happens after a ban due to content related material? A moderator queue helps the admins and mods to control what a member who has just been punished for content related offense to control what they post to the zuild. It's almost like a probation period for content related offenses.
3. Rank Images- Now this one is more a feature that makes the site a little more fun. What I liked about zuild.net is that it has the built in rewards system for us to upload images and award our members with visual awards. But what I suggest is making their rank a little more visual by allowing the zuilds admin to upload an image to go with each rank.
The first 2 are needed to help ensure that members are following the rules of the zuild. The last one is just something of personal preference. I'd really like to see these incorporated sometime soon. If not the third at least the the first two.

In answer to if any are possible right now, you could fake #1 by setting up a new Rank with access to none of the forums.
As for the suggested features. I really like #1 and #2 (and #3 is obviously a nice to have too). I'm thinking of implementing #2 so that it could apply to not only recently unbanned members but also could be turned on for specific Ranks, e.g. a Recruit or Probation rank where a (newly added) checkmark for "Posts require moderator approval" would be checked.
It will likely take about two weeks before you see #1 and #2, because we're working on a server switch soon for additional capacity. After the switch we'll be able to work on those features. Hopefully my suggestion for a faked #1 will be ok in the mean time.
Any other thoughts?

Ok so I went through the ACP of my old site and came up with a few more ideas.
Admin Permissions- Right now we can choose who has access to the admin control panel However there may be some admin permissions you don't want them to be able to access. For instance you may not want all your admins having full control. So it would be helpful to be able to control which admin functions each admin can use. For instance I dont want my other admins using the theme builder for the clans theme. It's just that only 2 of us know how to use it and we dont want them to accidentally mess up the clans site because they dont know what they are doing.
Word censoring- There are some words that aren't appropriate. Different boards may have different words that they dont want used on their forum or chat. If there were an automatic word censor it would automatically replace the said word with something else. Bungie.net for example uses -Blam!- as their censor word. So if you use a word that is banned by the censor it automatically changes it to -Blam!-. Each board should be allowed to choose which words are to be sensored and which ones arent.
There's a few more ideas of what could be implemented.

Thanks! Those features are logged and we'll start tackling them as soon as we can after our server switch. (We're in the process of switching servers now and are trying to make the switch as seamless as possible.)

One of our programmers just finished adding support for rank images. This will go out in our next code push.
update: Image support for clan ranks is now live.

Ok got another one to run by you.
Admin log/monitoring- What do I mean by this? Well in addition to admin permissions there is something else that's would help the leaders keep admins in check. First off was of course that admin permissions (as mentioned above) where you could control which admin permissions any admin can use. The Admin log would be a way to monitor when an admin uses one of his/her alloted powers and what power they used. Be it promoting a member, changing something in the css, approving someone, ect... It logs in a database (something like what happens when you click the my portal option on the nav bar, When it shows a list of all the recent activity.) There it would save all admin activity so that the senior admins could monitor recent admin activity on any given member at any time to make sure that admin powers aren't being abused. Or If something goes wrong do to a mistake made by an admin function you can trace it back to whoever did the following action.
