Ok, when someone applies I have 3 choices, Invite, wait list and reject.
This needs to be slightly enhanced.
On invite, it would be nice to see who invited.
On Waitlist, it would be nice to have a comment box stating why the applicant was waitlisted and who made the decision.
On Reject, a comment box and who made the decision.

on waitlist maybe a date of review to remind the guild that there are people waiting?
