is it possible to have a little popup on the bottom right that tells you whn a friend comes online?

ahh u got us. that was actually planned to go in place in a couple weeks after the mail center gets cleaned up... i recently though just had a new idea on that though...
i think it would be cool to provide interact links via drop-down menus in the navigation area, which show you a list of whos online and with easy access to friends and clans. this list would always be accessable on any page, because its in the nav bar, which would be nice. then you dont have to visit your playercenter to see the complete list of whose online. In addition to the drop down, i am thinking of somehow making it flash to alert when a new friend has come online. it might not be eyecatching enough though, so may still have a inpage popup in somewhere, either in combination of or in place of a flash in the nav bar.
thoughts on that are welcome
