Ok, this friend thing is too cumbersome for the average noob(see bhoredom) and needs to be streamlined
1. Ability to accept friend requests from the inital email notification instead of going hither and yon to the player center then having to figure out which toon the request went to.
2. Association of friend to Alias. When u add a friend you pick which alliases you want to add him to or add him globaly to all of your toons.
3. A central place to see, at a glance, which of your friends are online. Instead of having to click on each alias one at a time.
